This is why each fleur signs a non-disclosure agreement, which ensures anything said between you is kept in strict confidence.

This said if there is an incident in which a boundary is crossed this will be discussed with management and appropriate actions will be taken.

We have introduced strict boundaries in our contracts around personal details. This helps ensure an environment of professionalism is fostered. That said if ladies do decide to share personal details with each other, consent is needed by both parties.
