At La Fleur, we aim to be the most inclusive escort agency in Auckland. I sat down with Ruby Reign the owner of La Fleur to discuss key factors in her decision to bring on a new lady.

I was nervous initially to apply as I’d seen the beautiful photographs of all the Fleur’s, thinking I would not be selected. However Ruby explained her vision of La Fleur. Being an inclusive agency with a range of Fleur’s.

What personality traits do you look for when in an interview?

“Personality traits I look for include confidence, openness, humour, ease in navigating a conversation.”

What types of behavioural traits are important to you?

“Integrity. Timely & communicative. Professional in-person & in writing.”

What sort of physical features do you look for?

“Natural beauty of any ethnicity or body size. It’s also important to have strict hygiene standards for yourself, clean, styled hair, makeup, tidy nails etc.”

What are your thoughts on girls working privately whilst being a Fleur?

“I want things to be different at La Fleur, as I’ve been an escort myself for a few years. I know it’s common to have past clients or private clients who prefer to see you outside of the ‘office’. At the end of the day, I want everyone to feel supported and reach their earning potential. As long as you are honest and not seeing clients from La Fleur outside of the establishment that’s totally fine.”
